  Gebruik dit elke dag weer omdat dit erg goed werkt voor mij. Ik heb de smaak aardbei en die is erg lekker

  Gebruik de shake nu als ontbijt om af te vallen. De shake vult goed, een goede vervanger van mijn normale ontbijt.

  Drink de shake nu al 2 weken als vervanger voor mijn ontbijt. Ik merk dat ik langer een voller gevoel heb en hierdoor gedurende de dag minder snack. Ik sport ook veel dus het hoge eiwitgehalte in de shake is top voor mijn spierherstel. De smaak vanille is heerlijk!
